No Dropped Races for EIR Championship

Definition of a DROPPED RACE: Once all of the points have been totaled for all of the races in a series to date, the race where a driver acquired the lowest score is then deducted from the total. This dropped race can include a missed race where a driver has not received any points. Detailed calculation can be found on the Points Charts.

This element does change some of the current points leaders.
